All products will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed.
Packages shipped via the United States Postal Service are picked up once daily at approximately 11am, orders not received by that time will ship the next day. Orders requiring shipment by either FedEx or UPS placed before 4pm Central time will ship the same day. All weights for shipping and approximate. All shipping options shown may not actually be available to the customer, we reserve the right to change the shipping method as necessary and charge accordingly.
Unfortunately because of the types of products we sell, we cannot accept returns on delivered items. Items that are returned to us undelivered by the shipping company MAY receive a refund in the amount of the purchase ONLY, shipping charges will not be refunded. All products are sold as provided by the manufacturer, and in as is condition. Defects, damages in shipping, and incorrect orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
