We at the moment use the services of three shippers for our products.

• U.S.P.S. or the United Stated Postal Service
• FedEx or Federal Express
• U.P.S. or United Parcel Service

U.S.P.S. is the cheapest and easiest to use as they delivery 6 days a week (currently) at the same price, and pick up from us daily saving on some of the shipping costs.  They do however pick up packages failry early in the morning so you may need to add that to your shipping time calculations.

FedEx has the latest drop off time for time sensitive packages at 8:00pm our time so anything ordered before our business closing time should make it to them the same day.

U.P.S. generally has better ground delivery prices for heavier packages.

All three of the shipper provide real-time quotes when you use our checkout.  The shipping times and prices are estimates that come from the individual shipper, generally these are pretty good but for lighter and larger products like some hats and masks, cane and toy weapons, these can be underestimated due to the size of the boxes needed, if this is ever the case we will either inform you of the price difference needed to ship the product, or, change the shipping method or shipper to one that will fit within the estimate.

We provide tracking information on all of our shipments via email, make sure that sales@fantasyfestival.com is on your spam filter's white list, or you may check the status by logging into the account you created.

All items shipped F.O.B. Algonquin IL.  In other words, once it is in the shipping companies hands we are done.  Missing, misplaces, or damaged packages are the responsibility of the shipper. Claims must be made through them.
